Are your pottery pieces dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes, all our functional stoneware is fired at high temperatures making it safe for both the dishwasher and microwave. However, to extend the life of your ceramics, we recommend hand washing when possible.
How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, reinforced packaging including double-walled boxes and biodegradable cushioning. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo for a full replacement.
Do you accept custom commissions for dinnerware sets?
We occasionally open slots for custom dinnerware sets. Please visit our 'Custom Orders' page or contact our studio directly to discuss your specific design needs and current lead times.
What is your return policy for handmade items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard collection items in their original, unused condition. Please note that custom-made or personalized pieces are final sale.
Why does my piece look slightly different from the product photo?
Every item at The Pottery Studio is handcrafted. Variations in glaze color, texture, and size are natural characteristics of the artisanal process, making every single piece uniquely yours.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 2-3 business days. For 'Made to Order' items, please allow 3-4 weeks for the throwing, drying, and firing process to be completed before shipping.
