At The Pottery Studio, we want you to love every handcrafted piece in your home. If your selection isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all non-custom ceramics.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Carefully wrap your pottery in its original padding and box to prevent breakage during transit; please note that damaged items cannot be refunded.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the item for its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
